THE PROCESS OF PRODUCING STUFFED ANIMALS WITH A LARGE QUANTITY OF 5,000 PRODUCTS OR MORE

PRODUCTION PROCESS 

Step 1: Make 1 sample product 

Deposit 2.000.000 / 1 sample product. This amount will be refunded to the customer in 2 ways

1/ Direct deduction from total order value 

2/ Transfer to the specified account after delivery and full payment of the contract

Sample making time will be 4-5 days after receiving the sample deposit. 

*In case the sample is edited more than 3 times and it still doesn’t meet the customer’s wishes. We will refund 100% of the sample deposit. At the same time, we would like to request a refund of the failed sample products that have been sent.

Step 2: Product manufacturing 

The process of making finished products will take about 12 days or more when the signed contract has been completed and the customer has completed 50% of the deposit of the contract. 

We will release 5,000 products in the first 10 days. 

Every subsequent day an average of 1,000 to 2,000 finished products will be completed 

Packing according to regulation:\

-The product will have a height of 4 cm to 15 cm. Product packaging will be from 15 to 20 products into 1 plastic bag. 

-Products with a height of more than 15 cm will be packed in a way of 1 product into 1 plastic bag. 

Step 3: Delivery 

Orders with more than 10,000 products will be delivered in batches according to the original agreement 

Free delivery within HCMC 

*In case of delivery outside the city HCMC

- The company delivers the goods to the gathering point (bus station) designated by the customer in HCMC 

- If you do not have a known driver, we would like to recommend or deliver the goods via Kerry Express service. Delivery charges will apply according to Kerry Express rates.
