2-in-1 pillow blankets: Checking folded and unfolded dimensions
Specify unfolded dimensions, folded shape, opening and closing steps, and packaging on the same approved sample for a 2-in-1 pillow blanket order.

A 2-in-1 pillow blanket has two states: unfolded as a blanket and folded as a pillow. A neat appearance when closed is not enough to confirm all production requirements. The order specification should describe both states and the transition between them so sampling, quotation and inspection use the same reference.
Record dimensions separately for both states
When open, record the blanket's length and width and the positions of attached details. When folded, record the pillow's outside dimensions, front orientation and intended thickness. Clarify whether measurements include ears, arms or other projecting decorations so both parties use the same method.
Do not infer blanket dimensions from a photograph of the closed pillow. If only reference images exist, mark measurements as pending. Inspection tolerances must be agreed for the particular sample; this guide does not set a universal tolerance for every fabric and construction.
Approve opening, folding and closing
Open the sample fully and fold it again in the intended user sequence. Check for fabric bunching at corners, blanket material entering the closure area and a distorted pillow face after closing. If a zipper or another fastening is used, record its type, position, operating direction and covered areas in the approval.
As an illustration, not a Phat Dat product specification, two samples with the same folded outside dimensions but different inner material thickness may need different folding methods. Matching front photographs do not prove matching operation. The approved sample must use the materials and construction agreed for the order.
Check branding as both a pillow and a blanket
For corporate gifts, decide whether the logo belongs on the pillow face, blanket or both. In each state, check reading direction, fold lines and whether branding is hidden. Review printing or embroidery at actual size, not only on an enlarged design.
Record destination-specific requirements for labels, colours, decoration and accompanying documents separately. Phat Dat accepts domestic and international enquiries; discuss the particular order requirements with the company. Approval for one market does not establish suitability for every other market or replace confirmation of relevant documents.
Confirm packing before calculating delivery specifications
Decide whether goods ship as folded pillows or open blankets, how each item is wrapped and whether folding instructions are included. Check packed dimensions using the approved sample. Without a packing trial, do not infer carton quantities from the unfolded blanket dimensions alone.
Before requesting a quotation, collect photographs of both states, measurements, proposed materials, branding positions, quantity and destination. Send the information to Phat Dat to confirm feasibility, sampling and order-specific requirements. The article images are instructional diagrams; they are not project photographs, certificates or commitments to specifications for an item on sale.
