Custom plush production for the South Korean market
A plush order for South Korea should begin with the brand's or importer's specific brief. A promotional gift, a retail item and a collectible range may have different priorities. Clarifying them early helps sampling in Vietnam move in the right direction.

Build a complete product brief
Share the character artwork, size, intended users, quantities by version and distribution channel. Include accessories, hanging attachments and clothing details. Use the buyer's brand guidance and channel feedback instead of assuming that one style represents every customer in South Korea.
Establish product requirements before choosing materials
South Korea has a children's product safety framework, with the applicable assessment depending on the product category. Work with the importer to identify the requirements for the proposed plush and age group. Official information is available from KATS.
Translate those requirements into material specifications, checks, test samples and clear responsibilities. Existing company certificates should be reviewed for their actual scope; they do not automatically replace documents needed for a new product.
Approve Korean text and packing details
Have the responsible market partner approve label, hangtag and packaging text before printing. Agree on item codes, quantities per carton and identification of different versions. Include these details in the approval package.
Discuss your order with Phat Dat
Send the buyer's brief, design, quantities and required arrival date. For urgent projects, agree early on sample review, inspection and carrier handover. Assess arrival in South Korea together with the transport plan, rather than relying only on the factory completion date.
