What affects the cost of custom plush manufacturing?
Two plush toys of the same height can have quite different production costs. A simple shape in a readily available fabric requires different work from a character with many panels, accessories and fine embroidery. A useful quotation starts with a clear description of the product.

Design and materials
Size affects material usage, but sewing complexity also matters. Pattern pieces, tight curves, small parts and accessory attachment can add work. Fabric type, pile length, custom colours and the choice between printing and embroidery all influence the estimate.
If you have a target budget, share it. This allows alternatives to be discussed around the details that matter least to the character's identity.
Quantity by design
A large total spread across several designs is different from the same quantity of one design. Specify quantities by style, colour and size so preparation and production can be assessed accurately. Forecast repeat orders can support planning, while prices still need confirming for each order's conditions.
The complete order scope
Ask what the quotation includes: samples, products, sewn labels, hangtags, individual packing, cartons and transport. For export projects, identify buyer-requested testing or inspection early and agree who handles the work and cost.
Urgent orders also require a schedule review. Price alone does not establish whether the goods can arrive when needed.
Requesting an estimate from Phat Dat
Send a reference, dimensions, quantities, material preferences, packing requirements, destination and deadline. If the design is still developing, an initial estimate can be revisited after the specifications and sample are agreed. Compare quotations against the same finished product and delivery scope.
