This policy applies to plush toy and sewn product orders placed with Phat Dat. The specific terms of each order are stated in the quotation or contract; where they differ, the quotation or contract prevails.
Delivery scope
- Inner Ho Chi Minh City: free delivery to the address you specify.
- Other provinces: delivered by a carrier; the fee is quoted with your order or before delivery.
- Export orders: delivered under the trade terms agreed in the contract, with documents and labels required by the destination market.
Delivery time
Delivery time counts from the completion of production and quality inspection, following the schedule agreed at order confirmation. Orders shipped in batches have a schedule for each batch.
Packing
Products are bagged, labelled and packed in cartons to the agreed specification (pieces per carton, shipping marks, carton labels). Orders with custom packaging are packed to the approved packaging sample.
Checking on receipt
Please check the carton count and packaging condition on receipt. If anything is missing, damaged in transit or different from the approved sample, notify us within 3 working days with photos so we can replace or supplement it.
