Plush projects start at different stages. If you already have technical drawings or a physical sample, share the specifications and details the factory needs to reproduce (OEM). If you have a character or an idea, explain the intended use and what you want the factory to develop (ODM). In either case, agree on the sample and specifications before the production run.

Plan for the delivery destination
