How long does custom plush production take?
Quantity alone does not determine a custom plush schedule. A repeat design with available materials starts from a different position than a new character that still needs development. To understand the lead time, look at the whole order journey.

Work begins before sewing
The early stages include clarifying the brief, quoting, sampling and revisions. Ask when a quoted lead time starts: at the first enquiry, sample approval or completion of the agreed order-confirmation steps. Both sides need the same starting point.
Materials and order structure matter
Available fabric differs from a specially ordered colour. One straightforward design differs from several versions with separate embroidery and accessories. Factory scheduling at the time of the order also matters, so a previous order's timing should not automatically be assumed for the next one.
Production completion is not the arrival date
Inspection, any necessary corrections, labelling and packing still need time. Buyer-requested independent inspections or tests should be scheduled in advance. Domestic and international transport then add another stage.
For export orders, distinguish factory completion, handover to the carrier and expected arrival. Calling all three the delivery date can lead to misunderstandings.
Build a schedule around clear milestones
Ask Phat Dat to discuss sample approval, material readiness, production, checks and handover for your order. Identify what you need to provide at each stage. If the date of use is fixed, work backwards from it to assess feasibility and leave room for the remaining tasks.
