Ordering plush event gifts on a tight schedule
An event gift needs to look right, carry the message and arrive before the programme begins. When time is limited, a well-chosen design can be more useful than adding extra details.

Focus on the strongest brand feature
Decide what the recipient should remember: the mascot, the brand colour or the event name. A small plush often benefits from a few clear features. Layered clothing, tiny accessories and dense embroidery should be reviewed against the schedule before sampling.
Finalise artwork early
Provide the correct logo file, colour guidance and approved event wording. Have one authorised person check names, messages and label text before production. Printed materials belong in the main schedule; a late wording change can delay an otherwise finished order.
Plan for distribution
Will gifts be handed out at one venue or sent to several branches? Do different versions need to be sorted for different guests? Agree on quantities per carton and clear identification so staff can distribute gifts without opening every package.
Choose packaging around how the gift will actually be used. Elaborate packing is not always helpful when a large number of items must be handed out quickly.
Send a complete brief
Share the reference, quantity, size, budget, required arrival date and venue with Phat Dat. Explain what is already approved and where you can accept changes. If an initial partial delivery would help, state the quantity and destination so its feasibility can be reviewed against the production plan.
