Quality checks for urgent plush orders
Finding a repeated defect just before dispatch leaves little room for correction. An urgent order benefits from clear requirements and checks at the stages where differences can first be identified.

Work from one approved reference
Fast-moving projects often generate several revision messages. Consolidate them into the final sample specification so production and inspection use the same version. Highlight the essential features, including facial shape, logo position, fabric and labels, and agree how differences will be assessed.
Check difficult-to-correct details early
Compare fabric and colour before cutting. Review embroidery before it is repeated across many pieces. The first assembled and filled products offer a chance to assess the overall shape before an issue spreads through the order.
Attached parts need checks appropriate to the agreed product requirements and intended users. Visual inspection does not replace specialist testing where it is required for the order.
Allow time after production
The schedule should include finished-product checks, cleaning, labelling, counting and packing, with time to address any findings. For export projects, agree who inspects, which requirements they use and when the inspection takes place.
Make updates useful
Discuss key review points and a suitable confirmation process with Phat Dat. Timely feedback against a clear criterion is more helpful than a large number of photos without an agreed purpose. Everyone should know what needs checking and who can approve a change when the schedule is tight.
