Custom plush design from sketches, images and brand ideas
An illustrated character can look charming on screen, yet turning it into a plush toy brings practical questions. Will the head hold its shape? Will the eyes keep the same expression? Will it feel right in someone's hands? Custom plush design connects the original idea with a product that can be made consistently.

You do not need a finished technical drawing
To start a conversation with Phat Dat, share an illustration, reference photo, brand guide or simple sketch. Explain who will use the product and what it is for. A display mascot calls for different design choices from a small promotional gift or a toy intended for children.
If your artwork shows only the front, agree on the back, depth and hidden details before sampling. This gives both sides the same picture of the finished product.
Keep the features that make the character recognisable
A tiny mouth may need adjusting for embroidery, while long ears may need a different construction to achieve the intended pose. Identify the features that must stay consistent, such as the eye shape, brand colours and logo placement. Other details can then be developed around sewing requirements and the available budget.
Approve the feel as well as the appearance
Photos are useful for an early review. A physical sample lets you assess softness, filling and fabric texture. Check it from several angles, measure it using the agreed method and gather revisions into one clear list. The approved sample and material specification should guide bulk production.
Send Phat Dat your reference, target size, estimated quantity, budget and required arrival date. For overseas orders, include the destination market and buyer requirements so these can be considered during design.
